Shipping

International Tracked Shipping Important Notice  (Please read carefully before placing your order)

International Customers (outside of Canada) will have 2 shipping options to choose from – Economy Int’l Shipping (without tracking number) and Expedited Int’l Shipping (with tracking number). 

If buyer selects Economy Int’l Shipping, the parcel order shall be shipped without tracking number which means the buyer agrees that the seller will not need to respond or refund to incidents when the parcel order is lost during the mailing process for any reason. 

However, the seller shall provide the customer with an official postal receipt upon request as proof that Canada Post Office received and accepted the parcel for sending to overseas.

Processing Time:  Kindly allow for 1 – 3 business days for Vita-Age to pick, pack and prepare your order.  Once your order is shipped, a confirmation email shall be sent to you.

Orders shipped within Canada

Shipping shall be via Canada Post and a tracking number shall be provided and estimated shipping time is 3 – 5 business days.

*For remote locations / rural areas, estimated shipping time may be up to 7 business days.

*Additional charges may apply for shipping to the Yukon, Northwest Territories and Nunavut.  Charges shall be indicated at checkout.

Orders shipped to the United States

Shipping shall be via Canada Post and a tracking number is provided and estimated shipping time is 10 – 14 business days.  Customers will be responsible for import taxes / customs.

International Orders

Shipping shall be via Canada Post however without a tracking number.  Shipping shall be at the customer’s own risk if the order is lost, not received or stolen.  Vita-Age shall not assume any responsibility for shipping.  Customers will be responsible for import taxes / customs.

Shipping Times

The mentioned shipping times are estimates only.  We shall not be responsible for any delays or lost orders due to post office procedures.  Delivery times do vary, and may be affected by long weekends or holidays or customs or postal strikes.  Orders submitted between Monday to Friday will be processed on the next business day; orders submitted on Saturday, Sunday or during holidays will be processed on the following next business day.

Returns & Exchanges:

At Vita-Age, we strive for customer satisfaction with our products.  We accept returns for unused, unopened items for any reason within 60 days of the purchase date.  To conduct a return, please kindly send us an email to [email protected] with your order number and a representative will be in contact with you.  Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
